Project Overview

The vision is to create the Eagle River Valley’s newest residential neighborhood for local families and residents that addresses a wide spectrum of Eagle County’ year-round and seasonal workforce housing needs. The site is ideally located in the center of the Eagle River Valley, mid-way between Vail and Avon/Beaver Creek, ensuring shorter commuting times to the greatest concentration of jobs located at the eastern end of Eagle County.
