Project Overview

From its inception, 359 Design was based on its strong experience in hospitality design.  Since then, the firm has diversified its project type knowledge, however hospitality still stands as a cornerstone of its expertise.  The following commissioned study illustrates 359's design approach when tackling an urban infill hotel.  

Program

With our long background in hospitality, 359 is able to implement standard hotel program elements and dial in specific elements for particular client needs or site requirement.  Much effort is put into creating meaningful adjacencies and program groupings to maximize the guests' experiences and ease of use.

359 develops multiple schemes from the beginning of each project to study all possibilities and potentials for the intigration of site and program. 359 Design spends much of their effort crafting functional, innovative, and enjoyable environments starting from the earliest stages of a project.

From a macro level to the micro, 359 delves into the  guest experience in the design of hotel rooms.  From how a room can efficiently grow from a standard to an executive room, down to the specifics of a person's view from the bed, 359 works at all scales.
