Project Overview

359 Design spends much of their effort crafting functional, innovative, and enjoyable environments starting from the earliest stages of a project.  The office develops multiple schemes from the beginning to study all project possibilities and potentials. This project shows that beginning process with one site currently under development in the mountains of Colorado.  

Systems Built Design

As well as dealing with the constraints of the site, the project strives to use all systems built or modular elements for the residential units. This in turn, has an affect on the metrics and massing of the overall form. By developing a project of this type with these limitations in mind early, significant cost savings can be realized upon completion.
